I have flown via British airways a few times using my airmiles i got from when i had my business in Liverpool. On one trip i had well packaged a corner sink for my bathroom. On another trip i had the rear section from the exhaust system for my Vauxhall car i have in Portugal.
A sink an exhaust and now i had a length of round steel bar size 800mm X 50mm to use to extend a machine i have. I had tried locally to find what i wanted but i was unable to find what i wanted/ The only answer was to bring it back with me so this came back on the coach with me. Oh well the length's you have to go to get what you want.
My pillar drill will be so much better now it's bigger.
