During the market i saw a tractor coming round spraying water to keep the dust down. Inside the arena there was guys in charge of the sound and lighting. With the dust everywhere it would have ruined many thousands of Euro's worth of equipment so the ground had to be watered.
Below is a picture of a tractor with a water tank behind with a guy on top watering the dry ground . While doing this it did help for a short time in helping cool the air but not for to long.
